The Sabres get lucky once again as Niemi had perhaps his worst performance of the season, allowing 3 goals on 19 shots (.842 SV%) while Jonas Enroth faced 38 shots from the Sharks finishing the game with a .947 SV% and receiving the first star of the game. You may have heard that Ryan Miller was traded to New York prior to the game; the Sabres will receive Halak from the Rangers.
