Detroit Red Wings @ Buffalo Sabres: UNDER 5 Goals 2.14

Jonas Gustavsson has been confirmed to start for the Red Wings tonight. Gustavsson has gone 4-0-1 so far this season, and has a 2.57 goals against average and a .923 save percentage. The Red Wings are bound to be tired tonight as they are playing on no rest as they met the Senators last night and suffered a 4-2 loss. When playing the next day (On No Rest), the Red Wings have gone 1-3 over/under. The Buffalo Sabres are still struggling to find the back of the net, and are scoring only 1.67 goals per game which is dead last in the NHL for goals per game. The Red Wings are below average when it comes to scoring, with 2.50 goals per game which is 21st overall. Ryan Miller is probable for the Sabres this evening and has gone 4-13-0 and currently has a 3.17 GAA and a .918 SV% but he is a solid goaltender who is stuck with one of the worst offensive and defense teams in the League. He has received 644 shots against him in 17 games, an average of 37.88 shots per game against. The Sabres currently have a 79.8 PK% overall but note that when playing at home they are going 85% on the penalty kill. The Red Wings are 85.6% on the penalty kill and 85.7% when playing Away. Also note that all of the last 5 meeting between these two clubs have “pushed” on exactly 5 goals or have stayed under. We will stick with this UNDER this evening in Buffalo as it is the only play out of the two games on board that we see value in today.
