The Oilers managed a win in their last game, against the Tampa Bay Lightning where they won 5-3, despite allowing the Bolts to come back from a 3-1 deficit to tie the game. Prior to their 5-3 victory over Tampa, the Oilers suffered 4 straight losses in a row. The last time the Blues and Oilers met, we had the Blues -1 and they won 6-0 in Edmonton, dominating the Oilers. The Edmonton defense continues to rank dead last in the NHL, allowing a whopping 3.42 goals against per game. The Blues may sit 4th overall in the NHL standings, however they are obtaining more points per game than any other team in the NHL right now, making them the best team in the League. The Blackhawks and Ducks each have 67 points, however the Chicago club has played 45 games, while Anaheim has played 44 games. If you take the average points per game, the Blues are 1st overall. The Blues offense scores 3.56 goals per game overall which is second in scoring, behind the Chicago Blackhawks (3.62 goals per game). The St.Louis power play ranks 4th overall at 23.4%, while their penalty kill ranks 8th overall at 84.8%. The Blues have maintained an 87.9% penalty kill across their Away games this season, and an 88.6% penalty kill over their last 10 games. The Oilers offense in amongst the top 10 worst offenses in the NHL, scoring just 2.56 goals per game, and 2.40 goals per game over their last 10 games, while they have allowed 3.50 GA/G over their L10 games. The Blues have lost in regulation time only once in the past month, and have lost just 7 games in regulation time overall (29-7) and are 12-4 in regulation time in their Away games this season. We have an NHL elite facing off against the 2nd worst hockey team in the NHL, the Edmonton Oilers with 33 points. We’ll take the Blues in 60 minutes for a nice price tonight.

Tampa Bay Lightning @ Winnipeg Jets: OVER 5.5 Goals 2.12
*Risk: 2 Units | Win: 2.24 Units (Members Only Pick)*

No need for a long write up here, Anders Lindback (3-8-1, 3.21 GAA, .883 SV%) and Ondrej Pavelec (11-17-4, 3.06 GAA, .901 SV%) have both been confirmed in goal tonight. The Bolts have scored 3.10 goals per game over their last 10, and the Jets have scored 3.00 goals per game (L10) and have allowed 3.30 GA/G in that span. The last outing for the Jets resulted in 11 goals (6-5 loss to Pittsburgh) while the last game for Tampa Bay resulted in a 5-3 loss via the Edmonton Oilers. These clubs can score goals, and aren’t doing the greatest job of preventing them on their own net. This price of 2.12 provides great value here with these two goaltenders starting tonight and we will take it for 2 units.
